Had to order these again because one night driving on the Nj turnpike I had no time to react and avoid a chunk of a blown out truck tire. These gave me no issues and worked the entire time since i installed the first ones almost a year ago, worth getting them again when needed.
Box came damaged. Missing parts not completed properly switch was missing couldn’t install them properly without the switch that wasn’t provided!!
It is possible that it was mishandled by the shipping courier and opened the package. Not sure what happend during transit but we make sure everything is in there and working 100%. We even have everything bubble wrapped to ensure safety. I am assuming, your package mustve been opened during transit.

I also apreciate that the bezels were painted basecoat clearcoat, as a painter I refinish what I order because many places paint single stage black but here these were done right, quality product
